The Breathe Infinity Curriculum
Most of us take breathing for granted and have forgotten how to breathe. Instead of using our diaphragm to breathe and relieve stress most of us do the opposite and breathe through our chest and add stress. This is the main reason why Breathe Infinity was created, so that we can remember the power and purpose for breathing.
There are so many benefits to taking quality deep breaths. Having more energy, enhancing moods, losing weight and increasing athletic performance are a few examples of the breakthroughs I experienced through proper breathing. Just last year at 53 years old, I ran a mile in 5:53sec. What amazed me most about that day was that it felt effortless.
For 30 minutes I tried to talk myself out of my acheivement because in my mind, it didn't feel like a sub 6 minute mile. No fatigue, no exhaustion, no tension.... It felt like a regular jog. The more I relaxed through breathing, the faster I ran even though I didn't feel like I was going any faster. In retrospect, I was able to speed up my frequency while slowing time, allowing my body to move freely through 3D space. When the brain processes information at a faster rate than the playback speed of 24 frames/sec, we witness time in slow motion, similar to the slow motion effect in films . But this isn't rocket science because many athletes experience this effect on a regular basis, they just call it THE ZONE, where the GAME SLOWS DOWN for them.
And that's the Beauty of Breathe Infinity. Speeding up molecules while slowing down brain waves actually creates the interface for experiencing the Magic of the Moment.
